Profile Summary
VIDEO EXPERT/EDITOR: Both editorially and technically minded, my background lies in producing, directing and editing video projects such as brand films, branded social content and music videos for musicians.
As well as leading projects from conception, I specialise in narrative-led video editing, location shooting as well as scripting and cinematography.
I have collaborated with innovative brands over the last few years and strive to push creative boundaries of myself and the teams I am working with.
I work both on behalf of my brand, Midnight Drive Studios (a video production brand working with businesses, brands and creatives), and as a freelancer. My visual-eye and post-production skills are adaptable for most video projects that I am tasked with, so please get in touch if you'd like to discuss a video project that is either in the early stages of production or about to go into post-production.

Employment History
Video Director | Editor | Producer
I manage a Liverpool-based video production brand that specialises in video production for brands and creatives. As a media-based creative, I have a versatility in written-based work (scriptwriting & copywriting) as well as video production (in both pre and post-production) producing brand films, music videos and social content.
My time freelancing enabled me to start my own business and continue working (as a freelancer) on projects that do not suit Midnight Drive Studios' brand.
Video Producer/Editor
• Hired by LUSH Cosmetics to create a promotional video for Reprieve, a non-profit human
rights organisation fighting against human rights abuses such as the death penalty. Shooting took place at Tobacco Dock in London during the LUSH SUMMIT. I independently shot this 50 minute piece in collaboration with LUSH Cosmetics and REPRIEVE.
Video Editor
• During my time in ZUT Media, I was one of a few editors who worked on the online video- campaign for the RANDOX Heath 2018 Grand National. We primarily worked with Premiere Pro to edit short-form content including promo ads and social media spots. Content was posted on Vimeo, Youtube, Facebook and broadcast nationwide.
Music Video Director
• Conceptualised, shot, directed and edited a cinematic music video for North-West based
indie-rock band, The Jackobins. The MV was distributed by Ditto on VEVO in April 2020.
Website Designer/Video Editor
TASTY JERK: After the end of the first 2020 Covid-19 national lockdown, I collaborated with Tasty Jerk, a Caribbean eatery based in London's Elephant Park.
SOCIAL VIDEO EDITING: During the government's Eat Out to Help Out scheme I helped Tasty Jerk communicate their participation to their customers through social-optimised video marketing content.
WEBSITE DESIGN: Tasty Jerk asked me to create a website to tackle a worrying digital obscurity. During the websites design, I pitched the idea of an Order Ahead system that would enable customers to select dishes and pay for them from their smartphone before collecting. TJ loved the idea and asked me to incorporate it into the website.
I created a website optimised for mobile and desktop that told TJ's story, emphasised their playful brand aesthetic and seamlessly allowed customers to order food before arriving, to ensure consumer-confidence during throughout the pandemic.
Education
Film & Screenwriting
• Throughout my three years in university, I developed my technical skills as a visual creative, applying these skills to professional projects that I had been hired for outside of academia. As a result of my academic journey, two of my directorial efforts were screened at film events in the north of England.
