We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our Marketing & Sales Department, who will be responsible for facilitating the sales process from the beginning to the end. Your duties will include sourcing new clients, as well as managing our existing clients. You will be proactive in identifying our customers’ needs and ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. You must be a great communicator and have solid team-working skills to be able to act as a liaison between our Marketing & Sales Department and our clients, stakeholders and the Company Executives.
You will be responsible for
Acting as the main point of contact for client communications and maintaining positive business-client relationships through phone calls, emails, social media, face-to-face meetings, etc.
Generating opportunities, chasing leads and closing deals
Proactively identifying and sourcing new customers
Retaining customer accounts and responding to customer account enquiries, promptly
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a calm and timely manner
Organising and participating in the tech-related events, locally as well as globally
Handling the Company’s logistics for attending local, as well as international tech-related events and conferences
Attending local and international events/conferences to represent Prolancer; liaising with clients and other attendees at these events/conferences
Monitoring our sales performances and providing periodic sales reports to the Executive Team
Keeping up-to-date with new trends in the market and new product and/or service launches and suggesting innovative ideas to help increase our sales and/or improve customer experience, accordingly
Utilizing social media and other digital tools to keep customers up-to-date with the latest news about our Company and our services
Establishing and implementing sales best practices
Performing any other marketing-related duties assigned to you by the Senior team
5+ years of experience working as a Sales Account Executive, or a related role
Previous experience managing customer accounts, at all stages
Previous experience creating and presenting analytical reports, in a professional capacity
Self-motivated and a strong interest in making a positive impact
Strong team working and communication skills
A great command of the English language – both oral and written
Great presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Ability to take initiative
A positive attitude to change and an interest in working within a fast-paced environment
A keen interest in working for a start-up company within a remote/semi-remote setting
Ability to travel to and from local and international events, in the UK and elsewhere
Desirable Skills & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
Previous experience working with a Recruitment, Freelancing or Crowdsourcing Company
Experience working in Sales for a Software or a Technology company
Experience in organising tech-expo or related events and/or conferences

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (‘the Agreement’) is dated from the submission time shown on this electronic form (‘the Agreement Date’) and is made between users of the website named https://prolancer.com (‘the Website’).
In order to enable the provider of services via the Website (‘the Freelancer’) to provide professional
services to the customer (‘the Hirer’) in respect of the particular time-based charging contract (‘Per
Hour Contract’) or the fixed-price specific job contract (‘Fixed Price Contract’) or the pre-packaged
service for a fixed price and delivered within fixed timescales (‘Packaged Service Contract’) the Hirer
will furnish the Freelancer with the necessary written and oral information according to the terms of

The obligations set out in Paragraph 1 shall not apply, or shall cease to apply, to Confidential Information which the Freelancer can show to the Hirer's reasonable satisfaction:
Whenever requested by the Hirer, the Freelancer shall immediately return to the Hirer all documents and other records of the entire Confidential Information or any part of it in any form that has been supplied to or generated by the Freelancer and is held or stored by the Hirer. If the Confidential Information is stored in electronic form, the Freelancer shall permanently erase all such Confidential Information from its computers and any communications systems and devices used by the Freelancer. The Hirer may request the Freelancer to certify in writing that it has complied with any of the obligations in this regard.
Notwithstanding the Termination of the Purpose, the obligations of the Freelancer shall continue for a period of five (5) years from the Termination of this Agreement. Said Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any accrued rights or remedies to which either party is entitled.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim (whether contractual or non-contractual) that arises out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim, contractual or non-contractual, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
