1. Prolancer assign a dedicated officer for your posted project(s) – The officer will review your project description and find you suitable candidates or team.
2. A dedicated relationship manager will be assigned to your posted project(s) and will assess potential candidates with technical, and language proficiency tests and will send you shortlist of 1-2 right-fit candidates.
3. Interview the shortlisted candidates and your selected candidate will work with you for 16 hrs as part of our risk-free trial. If everything goes well, the 16 hrs will be included in total invoice to you. However, in rare circumstances where the candidate is not the right-fit, Prolancer will replace the candidate at absolutely no cost to you. According to Prolancer Fair-Fee policy, deselected candidates will be compensated through Prolancer.
4. Your selected candidate will be guaranteed for the period of the contract. If the Candidate is going to be unavailable or you wish to change the candidate, it will be done without any extra cost.
