Service Fee for Hiring Contractors or Permanent Employees
A fee is levied at the time a project has been awarded by an Hirer to a Contractor or a Permanent Employee.
Hiring a Contractor or a Permanent Employee: Premium Jobs & Initial Deposit Payment
A Hirer may choose to post a job using our Premium services, or they may upgrade to Premium services at a later stage. In these circumstances, and after the Hirer posts a job, they will be asked to make a deposit payment of £200.00 (otherwise known as the Initial Deposit Payment)*. The initial deposit payment will be deducted from the final payment request that we will send you after your successful hiring of the candidate.
Upon the payment of the deposit, the Hirer's job will be reviewed by a member of our team (A dedicated Relationships Manager) and after agreeing to publish the job, the Relationships Manager will look for and shortlist the right candidates for the Hirer.
Please note that the deposit payment is fully refundable if PROLANCER fail to find the right candidate for the job.
* The initial Deposit Payment acts as a guarantee for both parties (i.e. the Hirer and PROLANCER) to ensure that any business dealings are in good faith and that both parties honour their side of the business contract. PROLANCER does not charge any fees for posting a job. Please refer to our Terms of Services for more details.
** Assessment tests and Risk-free trials may not be available for certain jobs. A Hirer shall confirm this with their dedicated Relationship Manager.
